Why is the medal challenge different on mine? Can’t get one star for the life of me!

I can’t get one star either and when I try to use Balloons it Just Doesn’t work wasted all My balloons on this stupid level. The rest button is so close to the candy that when you try to use The balloon it is very easy to hit rest and loose you balloon feature. Very frustrating.
