Hit the top lick. Then cut the rope. Then hit the top lick. Right as the candy hits the balloon press the top lick. When the balloon is even with the cushion press the cushion. Then quickly press the bottom lick. When the balloon reaches the top press the bottom lick. Then pop the balloon.
