Turn the lowest hand fan until the gap faces down. Next turn the upper hand fan until it hides Om Nom. Cut the rope of the upper candy. The candy will fall into the bubble. Quickly turn the bottom hand fan to reveal a star and the upper hand fan to reveal Om Nom. Om Nom will eat the first candy. Next, make sure the upper hand fan covers the rotating blade.
